🔁 Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Custom-made or special-order furniture items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

🚚 Damaged or Defective Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund as applicable.
